Roomtery customer service has exceeded my expectations. I was accidentally sent the wrong color of a mirror I ordered. I contacted customer service via email and was assisted by Mark. He was able to quickly verify that I was indeed sent the wrong color and is sending me the corrected order and not requiring me to send back the inaccurate order (one less errand to run!) I was surprised and grateful for the promptness and understanding.
