I ordered what I thought was a book. Nothing at all received. I have had 2 charges made to my bank.

You have signed me up to a SCAM ! I understood there would be just ONE payment, so why have you charged me a second time ? This is disgusting, I'm not happy at all. I want you to refund me fully, and also cease my membership to this IMMEDIATELY. If I don't get my refund I will be taking further action.
