I placed an order online on Facebook not knowing it’s a digital copy. On Facebook’s website, it’s advertising physical copy, and it doesn’t specify that they are selling digital books. It’s misleading the consumer. I sent them an email and asked them to cancel the order. However, they refused to either cancel or refund the order. The way they are doing business is unethical.
There is a problem on their Facebook page. On the Facebook page, the item shown is a physical book. It does not specify the item they are selling is a digital copy. There is no option to choose a physical copy. It’s very much digging a hole for consumers to fall for thinking they are getting a physical copy while offering a digital copy. Description has no transparency, misleading and unethical!!!
