Ordered a book but it was NOT a book it was a text. Contacted them for my money back. Instead of giving me the money back they charged me 200% more. I now have multiple charges for them and they are telling me it's their policy not to refund more than half of the money. I've argued and wasted 10 days going back and forth. THIS IS A SCAM. RUN DONT WALK AWAY. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY SAYS THEY'VE DONE IT A TON OF TIMES
