I bought what I thought was a actual book then tried to cancel once a PDF was emailed. After I received a email confirming my cancelation and that I was getting a "partial" refund I received another email stating I was NOT getting any refund and they charged me an additional $29. I emailed again asking why and....nothing. This has been reported to my bank. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!
