I’m now in my second year with Roots Allotments and couldn’t recommend them more highly. The site is incredibly well maintained, and I really appreciate the 25% weed rule – it encourages everyone to take pride in their plots and makes such a difference compared to other allotments I’ve seen.The team are always helpful, and there are so many great resources available online if you want to learn more about growing. I started with zero experience, and now my friends and family think I’m an expert (I’m definitely not!), but that just shows how accessible and supportive it is.It’s such an easy, enjoyable setup – you can just turn up and have everything you need ready for you. Absolutely brilliant.
