I had a rather not pleasant experience with the Roots driving school Reading. My experience was mainly with the instructor I was assigned, so I’m only commenting on that and not the other instructors at the school. During lessons, I often felt there was a lack of focus and encouragement, which affected my confidence as a learner. I was also led to believe I wasn’t ready for manual driving, so I decided to switch to automatic lessons.
For someone looking for calm, patient, and fully attentive guidance, this may not have been the right fit for me.
