The builder malfunctioned, and despite being presented with options to "Fix this with AI for free?", I was consistently charged credits. I had to buy more due to the frequent issues, and eventually, I just gave up because it never functioned properly. I contacted the support team, but no one addressed my concerns about the broken service or my refund request. I would not recommend this service. I switched to a different platform and I'm much more satisfied.
