Worst Company for Customer Service. I ordered flowers to arrive on a certain date for a special occasion paying the extra fee. I received an email informing me my flowers would arrive 2 days after the date I requested. I emailed Rosaholics and received one email claiming delays etc also an email from Valeria, client experience, who informed she would personally monitor my delivery. The flowers arrived 2 days late which were squashed and left at the top of our driveway. I have made numerous attempts to email Rosaholics and Valeria again with no response. It is also to be noted they won’t allow negative reviews on their website as I have made several attempts to leave on with it being sent to review and never appearing. Th one that made me laugh was I placed another negative comment on their Facebook page and I have since been blocked. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.
