Absolutely awful ! I ordered the new cleanse mask stick along with tan remover. Thought I’d try the new product which was the mask stick. When I opened it it was in terrible condition I think they are just quickly making and thinking of new products and throwing them out there when I email customer services I got told it was normal and I had pulled the bottom off and it was supposed to look how it was. I would never sell a product looking so terrible considering the price they charge 🤷♀️ won’t be using rose and caramel anymore!
