I had no issues with customer service or shipping. The ring I ordered arrived very quickly and I took to a jeweler to confirm that the gold and stone were real (they are!). The ring is beautiful, however the face of the stone is absolutely covered in scratches. This is what made me initally think it was fake as a diamond wouldnt be so scratched up, but it is real just in horrible quality. The face has 5-6 large scratches that will need to be professionally fixed by a diamond cutter. Really disappointed as I was wanting to propose with this ring but cant in its current state. I would be careful buying softer stones if this was the condition my diamond was in.
