I have never bought anything that’s resulted in this level of negativity… I bought six roses, so not an insignificant purchase. Only received half the order. Have spent the last 2 weeks (so far) trying to resolve the issue. I’ve emailed, called, sent message via social media and latterly written a formal
Letter of complaint (that I’m still awaiting a response to, automated or preferably human)! At this moment I honestly don’t think anyone cares about customer service or experience which is hugely disappointing given the apparent reputation.
