The device didn't work for me unfortunately, I used it regularly over some months and I didn't notice any changes. However, I have to say, the customer service is really great! Which is why I am leaving a 4-star review. Reading other reviews, it seems to work for other people, so I have no idea why it wasn't working for me. I have very pale skin and brown hair, maybe my hair is just not quite dark enough? I have no idea. Anyway, although I ended up returning my device, I was offered support throughout, and the customer service I received was friendly and fast. I appreciate that very much. So even though the device didn't work for me, I would recommend the company, they were helpful and stayed true to their 90-day return policy.
