A few years after purchasing two of their lifetime products to download, one day when launching it, it did no longer work as it was remotely switched off.When contacting their customer support, I was initially told to re-purchase a slightly newer version of the product. The discount was to be applied by paying a three-digit amount through a special link and then getting a refund of about 60% of it. I made the purchase for one license and it went well. Next, I wanted the same for my partner's license. Guess what, I had to pay the fee again.After making the second payment, the support was unresponsive for weeks and needed two reminders. They did end up refunding me the outstanding amount, but many people would already have taken legal action if they had to wait that long.
