The service itself was fine - it’s the customer service.I bought a rosetta stone membership sometime ago and stopped using it, without realizing it was on automatic renewal i was charged $191, read through the cancellation policy and saw i could be refunded within 30 days of purchase. i reached out next business day (charged saturday June 24, called monday June 26) was told my request for a refund was approved and would take 10-14 business days. We are now on the next business day (Monday July 17) with no refund. Almost a full month. I reached out for an update on my refund status and i have yet to hear back. I will update when the appropriate request has been fulfilled and add to my review my experience with the customer care, and the refund process.
