I’ve been a customer of Rosie & Dott for a few years now. I wore some of their pieces for my wedding and other special events and, have gifted items to friends and family. Their packaging is dreamy and a little extra special. Aside from the stock being of very nice quality and design, I feel it is the wonderful customer service and personal touch that really sells Rosie & Dott. In this climate, they should be commended for this. I also feel that their Instagram advertising is very well done and current. My friend spotted a handbag on their website recently but it was sold out when she got around to ordering. I contacted Rosie & Dott over Instagram to ask about a restock of the item. I was told to email them to ask if any spares were in stock, which they were. I was surprised by this and really appreciated the extra mile they went to help me out. I received the bag the following day and am excited to surprise my friend with it! Rosie & Dott really deserve continued success in the industry. I look forward to seeing how the brand grows.
