It's December and even though I've never missed a payment on my plan they are sending round NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT letter saying to customers "as its the season of goodwill we wont send agents to your home if you make a substantial payment" they should not be allowed to do this while I'm not scared of the threats I'm sure there are lots of households that will be it's just wrong
