I had a bailiff turn up “ Ben mykhal holmes” turn up illegally clamp my mother’s car and claimed not to have seen the blue disabled parking badge that was displayed on the car’s dashboard, by claiming that it was dark and rain was on the windscreen, I made a complaint thinking he worked for Equita bailiffs, went to the hearing he never turned up , the judge set another date and now I find out , thanks to the court that he also works for Ross and Roberts Ltd , I don’t know what’s going on here but regardless of that , he broke the law and tried to illegally extort moneyAnd continued to lie in a bid to justify breaking the law , there’s only one way to deal with the likes of what can only be called criminal enterprise, as long as you have a legal and valid reason, complain to the court they got their bailiff from certificate , give them a taste of their own medicine, and if you have a blue badge and you know they’re coming get witnesses and a time stamped photo of the blue badge being displayed the day before they turn up
