VERY RUDE. My husband rang to notify them that the tenant they were chasing at his rented property had actually left in October 2018, with no forwarding address as bailiffs had arrived early morning on 27/02/19 banging on the door wanting to remove goods.The woman who answered his call after a 15 minute wait on hold, was extremely rude to him, patronising & not helpful in the slightest, they also put the phone down on him. When I rang to try and talk to them after this, i too was greeted by a very rude woman, who kept interrupting me and then proceeded to put the phone down on me too. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ATTITUDES !!! All I was doing was trying to save them wasted time and money and that's the thanks I get!
