I visited with pain in my neck, shoulder, and arm. We discussed my symptoms, and the assessment pinpointed the source of my discomfort. The treatment combined acupuncture and heat therapy. After the session, I felt an immediate 80% improvement. I was also shown stretching exercises to do at home. Almost a week later, my movement is nearly back to normal.
