I hurt my shoulder, swinging a golf club, but the pain moved to my neck and back over the following days. It got so bad, I could barely get out of bed couldnât really move my neck, without a sharp pain.I explained the pain to Nicolas, who said it was the tightening of the muscles had caused it and nothing too serious.He did some dry needling on my neck and back to relieve the pain. This was very effective. He then asked me to move my neck and body to see if there was any more pain. There was, in certain movements, so he did some more and this relieved it. He also showed me some exercises to help stretch.I found Nicolas very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. He was friendly and never felt he was rushing me.If I ever get pain like this again, I would have no hesitation in going back to him and have recommended him to several friends.
