Despite sending polite emails for updates, I only receive automatic replies or no responses at all! I've tried calling direct numbers, but they go to voicemail. I emailed yesterday to terminate my engagement, yet still no reply! It feels like I've paid £1,800 just to sign an engagement letter and open a file. Are they waiting for more money? I'm uncertain about my position. It's frustrating to spend so much without even speaking to a solicitor for basic advice. Be cautious with putting funds on account.
