Rotorcorp has continued to be a valuable resource. I appreciate the ability to call and speak to someone who can help within a few minutes rather then wading though a long phone que and automated menus. The only items I would like to see upgraded are:1) Easier way to track shipments from my user account page.2) Better feedback in regards to so many parts showing "Available On Backorder".Rotorcorp customer service is outstanding, and they have always answered my questions in a timely manner.
