Well, well. well! Obviously they know their products and service are very bad. I wrote a long detailed review, but here I cannot copy and paste. I will try to post a detailed description on their website. Here are some key points to be aware of:
> I ordered a one-time 6 month supply of Roundhouse Morning Kick
> Then I received a second shipment of 6-months supply
>Now they sent another email stating they are processing a third 6 month supply. All in 2 months.
> They have charged me $683.10, for 3, 6-month orders in 2 months.
> In one of their many emails, i found they changed my order to "Recurring". They are charging me for a 6-month supply every month @ $227.70/month!
> They offer a full "90 Day money back guarantee".
> Now I will find out if this is true. I have already notified my Bank about this problem.
Quick follow-up, as of March 11, 2026, entire account closed. Wondering if I really will get a full refund. Total amount charged against my credit card $855.14. They promise full refund, waiting...
Then they had the nerve to tell me that if I ever come back and order again, I will still have the same lowest cost and always free shipping.
And then I had the honor of telling them that I will never order from this company again. I did write the full description somewhere? This is mostly thorough. Now waiting hopefully for a full refund...?
