I acquired 100 dedicated IPs from a provider. Before purchasing, I confirmed their refund policy, which assured me a refund if the proxies failed within the first 24 hours. Though the proxies were delivered immediately, none functioned. Every test resulted in an error message. I tried them on my local terminal, a server environment, and through a browser extension, but the issue persisted. When I reached out to the support team, the experience was disappointing. They insisted the proxies were working and blamed my setup. I provided ample proof, but it was disregarded. They later mentioned escalating the issue to their development team but failed to provide any meaningful resolution. My time was wasted, and I simply sought a refund for non-functional proxies, as previously discussed. Sadly, they stopped responding and denied the refund. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.
