I purchased 100 dedicated IPs from a provider. Before buying, I confirmed their refund policy, which guaranteed a refund if the proxies did not function within the first 24 hours. The proxies were delivered instantly, but none worked. Every attempt led to an error message. I tested them from my local terminal, a server setup, and through a browser extension, but the issue persisted. When I contacted the support team, the experience was unsatisfactory. Instead of conducting a thorough investigation, they claimed the proxies were functional and blamed my setup. I provided detailed evidence, but it was ignored. Eventually, they stated they would escalate the matter to their development team and promised a response within six hours, but I received no meaningful resolution. By then, my time had already been wasted. I am simply requesting a refund for non-functional proxies, as previously discussed. Unfortunately, they stopped communicating and refused to process the refund. Given my experience, I cannot endorse this service.
