I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars because a company’s true values emerge when things go wrong. Recently, I encountered an issue with an order and flagged a problem with their re-ordering tool. Upon my complaint, they checked their systems, acknowledged the issue, and fixed it. This service listens to their customers, and I will remain loyal even if prices increase. (By the way, great value for money and an easy platform to use.)
