I am so disappointed how I was treated. This is my experience:I ordered a dress, which arrived carelessly packed in a plastic bag. It was extremely wrinkled and did not meet the expected quality (especially for the price!). Therefore, I returned it and payed for the return, as well. I received a response claiming that the dress was dirty and covered in sand, and they could only send me the dirty dress back, not the money. This is simply a LIE!! I am 100% sure that the dress was clean. And of course I don't want a dress back which I don't like and someone else made stains on it. They completely ignored my arguments and evidence photos. To me, it seems like a trick to take money from customers as it is only possible to pay by credit card. So the money is gone the moment you order. And they keep the money under false pretenses. How can you live with the fact that you as a company cheat on innocent people?As I can't respond to your answer below, I can only add my evaluation here and say: This my experience with you. I don't want to harm anyone, especially not small firms. But I want other customers to warn and to know what I experienced with you. And unfortunately also other customers what you can see on Social Media or Trustpilot.I only can say: DO NOT SHOP THERE!
