I discovered the rowemercer.com website via an ad on the SMH website. The shopfront appeared to be in the Strand Arcade, Sydney. I wanted to buy some shorts and a shirt for my husband as a surprise. The pricing appeared reasonable with the claimed quality of the products.Upon receipt, the shorts and shirt delivered, in no way matched the order description. The shorts were supposed to be linen, while the shirt was supposed to be high quality washed cotton. The shorts supplied were made of polyester elastane, while the shirt was made from polyester spandex. The sizing of both was questionable. While the cost of the items supplied would have been no more than a few dollars, compared with the price paid.I complained to rowemercer via their contact address. Their reply indicated that they required a whole lot of information to confirm the order was incorrect. After some toing and froing and a considerable lenth of time, I referred the case to Paypal as no resolution had been reached. Ultimately I received a refund for the cost of the goods.
