My mother past away recently and we requested a viewing at the chapel of rest but it took over a week and 5 phone calls to get the details of when and where this was going to happen they eventually gave me the info two days before, and we also requested her ashes split into two urns which cost £60 but they couldn't even get that correct, her ashes were in one bag and no urns that we had paid for. I think they are a very poorly organized company with very bad communication.
