What a wonderful change! I was hopeful yet cautious about this product. I deal with generalized inflammation, as well as injury-related inflammation due to my work as a body therapist. Being peri- and almost post-menopausal exacerbates my nighttime pain, leading to poor sleep and frequent bathroom trips. I've tried various solutions, but this one! It's now the fourth night without pain, fewer bathroom breaks, and a significant improvement in sleep quality. I'm so thankful, and it appears to be working for me, so I would recommend it.
