I loved playing this site. Games were fun...won some and lost some. Support was frustrating bc it was difficult to get a response. I decided to SELF-EXCLUDE indefinitely to take a break...unspecified amount of time. When I decided to go back and play i couldn't. It kept telling me to contact support. For over a week I tried w no response. Nothing. Finally I received an email telling me that I self excluded and therefore my account will remain closed. Its not really self exclusion if they decide.
