HELLO! Is anyone there? HELLO!!!!!!!!!!

I really didn't want to have to get on here an type this review. Their customer support or lack of I should say has pretty much forced me to. They basically just have ignored every message and email I have sent other than 1 or 2. They only acknowledged me after I made a comment on a Facebook post which they immediately deleted. They have done that twice with he 2nd comment getting no response, only deleted. The 3rd one I made I haven't checked but I see the pattern here. I have sent around 8 emails both directly to "support" and through their own form online. No response. I have sent at 5 messages on Facebook through messenger to their business account. After the response to my first attempt I have gotten , you guessed it. NO RESPONSE! These people are in serious need of some live chat support because as it is they have none at all of any kind. The site is easy to use. I like the games they offer. I was able to win so that is the reason for the 2 star rating. Apparently winning is only half the battle. After that the real hard fight starts. What they call customer support I'm not real sure even exists. It's infuriating and absurd. I thought I should add that I'm trying to reach them about their redemption process. I requested a $100 redemption. The status says "Approved" but I have yet to see the money in my account. If it's approved then send it. You have no need to hold it just because you want to. That's just stupid. You reached out to me to say that you answered my initial question and that if I had another question let you know. I had other questions after the first and you people ignored me then and are still ignoring me. How about get some customer service and pay the people that win. This has been one of the worst experiences of playing these sites I have ever had. It's pathetic. Edt to say they did pay. Their customer support is still garbage. Good luck getting in touch with anyone.
