I ordered and got the delivery in a fairly reasonable time. I got UPS notice and was home for it. They came over an hour early when I wasn’t there. Tried to change the delivery to pick up at UPS. Couldn’t get the site to allow it. The third attempt was when I was home all day. They never came and sent an email that they would deliver a week later. I went to UPS to try to pick it up. They told me they sent it back even though the email said it would be delivered later. I emailed Royal Batch with the details. They said I had to pay the delivery again both directions. $56 for a $200 order. I sent them all the UPS emails and that I have a Ring door bell camera for evidence. Their response is sorry we can’t dispute UPS. I will never order from them again. I now turn the evidence in to my credit card.Yes they offed me a $15 discount and I will have to pay $40. I have provided proof that I was here and UPS changed the dates and then shipped it back saying they came. Yet they will not take the evidence which includes the email from UPS changing the date. Telling me they have no way to question UPS and their decision if final because of that.
