If I could give Royal Bathrooms zero stars, I would. I paid for next day delivery last week and still haven’t received my package, which was crucial to finishing my bathroom project on time.This has been an absolute joke from start to finish. What’s the point in offering next day delivery if you clearly have no ability to actually fulfil it? I’ve been left completely in the dark with no meaningful updates, no accountability, and no sense that anyone at this company has even the slightest idea of what they’re doing.Trying to get information has been equally frustrating — customer service is not only unresponsive at times, but when you do get through, they are rude and argumentative. I was constantly interrupted, spoken over, and met with a dismissive attitude instead of any genuine attempt to help. There was zero accountability taken and absolutely no effort to offer a solution or even acknowledge the inconvenience caused.To make matters worse, the courier, DHL, is the worst delivery service I have ever used. Their app is completely useless, filled with stale, meaningless status updates that don’t reflect reality. There is no flexibility, no real attempt to redeliver, and unbelievably, at times they don’t even seem to recognise their own tracking number. It’s honestly baffling how such a broken system is still in operation.It feels like once they’ve taken your money, they couldn’t care less about what happens next.Because of this delay, my entire project has been thrown off schedule, costing me time, money, and unnecessary stress — all of which could have been avoided if Royal Bathrooms were even remotely competent.UPDATE: Just when I thought this situation couldn’t get any worse, the bath side finally arrived — only for it to be so badly damaged that it was completely unusable. At that point, it genuinely crossed from frustrating into unbelievable. After all the delays, the poor communication, and the stress already caused, to then receive a product in that condition is beyond unacceptable. The level of incompetence required for something like this is staggering.The shock and disbelief of opening the package to find it in such a state is hard to overstate. This wasn’t a minor defect — it rendered the item worthless and has completely derailed my project even further, causing even more delay, disruption, and inconvenience.Honestly, I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from them to think twice. If you value reliability, communication, or basic professionalism, look elsewhere — this company fails on all fronts.
