If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Placed an order for parts that indicated were in stock at a reasonable price. Then 3 days later I got an email for an estimated shipping cost of almost £20. Very expensive, but I accepted and paid as I wanted the goods quickly. We are now 6 weeks later and still no goods. I have spoken with Gonzalo, previously to chase the order, and he said he would get back to me last week but surprise, surprise he didn't call back. Just called and told him I wanted a full refund. Seems like a bit of a con to me. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices, as the shipping will make your order more expensive than other suppliers. ****REPLY: Are you kidding me? You are obligated to reimburse me because you have taken my money without delivering the goods! Furthermore, your claim that I agreed to the extended lead time is a blatant lie. I have the emails I sent to you as evidence, clearly stating that I couldn't wait for four weeks. Your response, promising to expedite the delivery, was merely a ploy to take my money without actually following through or even contacting me when you said you would.Moreover, it's worth noting that it took you three days from the date of my order to send me an invoice for shipping. This delay is a display of disrespect towards your customers. I am not the one disrespecting anyone here. In fact, your unprofessional and dismissive response on this platform is a clear demonstration of your own lack of respect.To anyone foolish enough to consider purchasing anything from this abysmal company, please be warned!
