This will be the second and final time I have an overcoat cleaned here. The coat still smelled stale, and they tried to tell me it was the smell of dry cleaning fluid. Don't try to mislead me. The coat wasn't even buttoned or properly shaped. If you can't do it right, don't do it at all.
