Seems to be scam. I won something on their slots and wanted to withdraw it but they cancelled the payout without telling why, just giving generic guidelines which say that I have the best chance requesting payout through the same payment method I used for depositing - but they do not offer that method for payout, so I requested a crypto payout. I even told the support that this crypto address is on a legal crypto broker and registered under my name, but they still cancalled it.

I am blocked for some reason for few hours and cannot access!? This is so scary now since There is thoughts of euros in my account hanging there, please can someone from customer service reach me out by email as soon as possible, like now if possible because I try to reach by email and couldn't , send me at this email and I will provide for you the picture that say I am blocked, I even tried three devices and it's the same"
