I was reduced to tears of frustration trying to get some help from the team. I had to call multiple times. Someone said they would get back to me and never did even though I emailed and called a number of times over the space of two weeks. Each time I called, I'd have to start again and explain why I was calling as there was no record of the previous conversations I'd had. When I did speak to someone I got cut off. No call back. Eventually I was told was that the only thing they could help with was to give me a statement on my pension. Which I can see online anyway. Deeply frustrating service.
