Terrible customer service, slow at doing anything - avoid at all costs! I put a request in to transfer my pension into a SIPP and they are delaying the process, trying to find out my SIPP providers fees and all sorts which is none of their business. Under the pensions freedom act 2015, we all have the right to take control of our pensions, the request was made almost 5 weeks ago, my other pension provider (Scottish widows) actioned this in 10 days. No excuse. I will be taking legal action to recover the financial loss from this
