Sadly Trustpilot doesn’t seem to allow a no star review so my review will have to be 1 star .Royal London’s website to me is a masterpiece of confusion , all I wanted to do was withdraw £100 to trigger a new tax code with a view to a much larger tax code . The RL website doesn’t seem to cover pension scheme withdrawals , unless that is buried somewhere. Had to resort to ringing RL who answered the phone after close to 10 mins . Why do long ? What about saying where you are in the telephone queue or is that too much like proper customer service ?
