Agent (Holly) simply ignored the query. Send me a password reset link rather than actually looking into the issue (why my policy wasn't showing up in the online portal). I've been trying to get this query resolved for months. Not good enough.A little addendum based on Royal London's response below. They still don't care to properly consider with the issue! The whole issue is based on me raising a help desk ticket. What good will raising another one do? If they cared for their customers they would go and find the existing ticket and get it resolved. But they're not really interested in that at all, just in pretending to help...
