It wasn't easy to get through, but toally worth the wait. My telephone advisor (initials SJ) was brilliant, really helpful, personable and understanding. If you can wait for the call to be picked up, in my experience it was great. I thought the app, and online capability pretty disappointing so was really happy to speak to someone as helpful as this lady was.
