I corresponded with this company in relation with a deceased family's pension. They had wrote to me stating the documents I sent were wrong. When I called I was passed round 3 people who could not find evidence that I had been written to, and did not know where there offices were that I had sent my info. It was evident that who I spoke to wanted to help but could not, it's hard enough loosing a family member It makes it worse when they are not respected even though they kept this company in profits for 20 years. No care and compassion at all.
