Jim who dealt with me, was very very helpful and explained anything I didn’t understand.Even the young lady who I originally spoke to was again very helpful and even though I went through to the wrong department, sorted me out and put me through to Jim Back to Jim he explained everything they needed me to send them and apologised when he asked for something and it was wrong. He contacted me and said it was his fault and he needed something else.
