I called them to close a platinum account. They informed me that they don't do bank transfers, only cheques. The cheque arrived 8 days later. I had to drive to a bank to deposit the payment. This added another couple of days to clear. Just how backward is the company. 99% of financial institutions pay within a couple of days. Formerly the co-op group. Both have one thing in common. They are possibly the worst company ever, and all other parts of the group are old fashioned and out of date. Avoid all there companies. They also would not cancel my direct debit. I had to do that myself. Another fault in there customer service. They sent me a reply I won't be filling there form as nothing will change.
