I have a pension with this cowboy of an outfit. I have tried repeatedly to transfer this to my other pension provider and they just constantly refuse the transfer, 'details don't match'. They are impossible to get hold of, their online system won't allow me to login and getting help is near on impossible.I would advise anybody with any sense to avoid having, opening or holding a pension with them. Not fit to operate in the 21st Century.
