If I could rate zero I would .My pension is situated at the Edinburgh office .I reached pension age on early December and all the paperwork was done . Over 2 months now I have been waiting and nobody seems to no anything .It's been transferred- but nobody knows what transferred means .On Friday gone I was told it had been paid into my account and take 7 days to clear a blatant lie .Today Monday the guy can't help because he can't get through .The company is an absolute joke my main pension paid out just after my birthday and now being paid every month , but these ?.
