We're not a couple that writes a lot of reviews but feel we should to praise a Royal London advisor Kate Newley after a call with her this afternoon , Friday 31st Jan 2025 Kate promptly, efficiently and warmly processed our request to withdraw funds from our Royal London Pension Fund .In addition to the obligatory information she had to relay to us she answered all ( many !! ) questions we had immediately .This also included Kate sending an answer to a question which we asked ,that required her to contact another department after our call .She promised the answer later that day but it arrived in our e mail from her in less than an hour .We were withdrawing the funds due to my non work capability due to caring for wife after a brain operation and in very stark contrast ( to our "supposed " financial advisor from another company !! ) Kate was very professional , helpful and just as importantly for us at this time had some human warmth . In our humble opinion Royal London has a considerable asset in Kate Clewley as an employee .Due to her outstanding service we will recommend Royal London to family , friends and neighbours .
