The ugly truth is that the customer support you provide is awful...I called up today to make some amendments to my life insurance. First call I spoke to Callum Wilson, and all fine with the new quote price up until I received the email with the quote and noticing my date of birth was incorrect! I called up the 2nd time and spoke for 5 secs to Adam then the call dropped or been disconnected. The 3rd call I spoke to Alistair Fergunson who amended my Date of Birth to match however he forgot to tell me the new quote isn't the same price, I notice this only when I got the new email. The email information does not contain full detalis about quote, links provided in the quote are invalid and the quote price is not we agreed. I don't recommend you to anyone because I needed you once in 5 year for one simple thing and you failed. You have wasted my time with your incompetent staff. I will look elsewhere and shortly phone up to cancel every policy I have with you and my partner too!Called up the 4th time and spoke to Faisal Aziz who confirmed that all the info that was sent to me for completion is not required as you already have it as I have been a customer for 5 years now!! All the 3 customer support agents seem to be in the wrong job!However, Faisal Aziz made things clear to me and lets hope we get to the bottom of this!Disgusting service! Stay away from Royal London!
